Returns & Replacements
Our Philosophy We want you to love everything you receive from LunorNest. If something isn't right we would rather fix it than keep your money.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described we replace it. No return shipping required from you. No lengthy forms. No back and forth.
Here's all we need:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- The email address used at checkout
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and a replacement ships within 2 business days. We cover all associated costs.
Hygiene & Personal Care Products For health and safety reasons certain product categories — including but not limited to eye products, skincare, and personal care items — cannot be returned once opened or used. This is to protect every LunorNest customer who receives a product in its original condition.
If your item arrived damaged or defective we will replace it regardless of category. See above.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If a product doesn't deliver within the first 30 days of purchase contact us and we will make it right. We stand behind everything in the LunorNest store. If it's not working for you we don't want your money.
What Falls Outside Our Policy
- Items damaged through misuse or incorrect application
- Claims submitted outside the 30-day window
- Orders with incorrectly entered shipping addresses
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived please:
- Check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property
- Allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark items as delivered slightly early
- Contact us at [support email] if it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours
We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve every missing order claim as quickly as possible.
